I had been in really good shape until 4 years ago....metabolism decided to slow down just when my life got busier. I&#039;m looking to get back on track, and others&#039; success helps inspire. I&#039;m aiming to drop 20 to 25. That would be just right, as long as there&#039;s muscle increase as well.]]></description>
